Steps to follow for company registration:

Before registering, complete all incorporation requirements based on the chosen business structure and gather all necessary documents.

There are two ways to register:

1. Through the Notary: The notary handling the incorporation will directly submit the registration to the Commercial Registry.
2. By the Applicant: If registering personally, follow these steps:
   1. Fill out the Commercial Registry application form. Individual entrepreneurs should use their specific form.
   2. Arrange the required funds and, if needed, process settlement of Form 600 for the Community of Madrid
   3. Submit the application in person at the Madrid Commercial Registry with the required documents.
