How to incorporate a company with the PAE Virtual application
- Request a certificate from the Mercantile Registry proving that the chosen name for the company is not registered.
- Make the capital contribution. When completing the DUE (see below), you only need to indicate the amount of capital, the share of each partner, and, if it is a non-monetary contribution, a brief description of the asset contributed and its value. The accreditation of the contributions will be carried out before the Notary Public at the time of the signing of the deed of incorporation (this is the only procedure that must be done in-person).
- Consult and compile the documentation and data necessary for the completion of the Single Electronic Document (DUE).
- Obtain a Single Electronic Document (DUE). You can view the tutorials on how to fill out the DUE application form here.Once you have completed the DUE application form online, the telematic processing system (STT-CIRCE) will send to each agency involved in the incorporation process the part of the DUE that corresponds to it, so that it can carry out the formalities within its jurisdiction.
- Execute the public deed of incorporation of the company. Once the DUE is sent, a request is generated for an appointment to sign the public deed of incorporation of the company with the chosen notary. At the appointment, the partners must provide proof of the form of capital contribution.Once the DUE has been completed, the online business creation system carries out the following formalities (without the entrepreneur intervening):
- Requesting a provisional Fiscal Identification Number (NIF) for the company
- Settling the tax on capital transfers and documented legal acts
- Registering the company in the Provincial Mercantile Registry
- Social Security formalities
- Issuance of the registered deed
- Requesting the definitive NIF of the company
