How to use the Virtual Licensing Assistant:
- Access the Virtual Licensing Assistant through the website of the City Council of Madrid You do not need identification or electronic signature
- Click on the “Start” button and answer the questions about the urban development action you want to perform.
- The assistant will tell you the procedure you need to follow and how to do it. It will also provide you with information about the documentation you need, the feasibility of the work, and the regulations dealing with the protection of heritage and historical buildings, among other issues. The information here is additional to what you can get from urban planning consultations. It does not replace the rules for your specific administrative process.
