The Madrid City Council provides an online service to access information on urban planning files, including licenses, responsible declarations, and prior communications. These files can either be under review or already resolved by the City Council’s departments. The service is available via the following link Urban Planning Licenses and Files Consultation (CONEX). No electronic identification or digital signature is required

The CONEX system includes a virtual assistant to help users navigate the process, providing guidance on obtaining information based on the file type, its status, and the user’s role as an interested party.
