Before submitting your application through this procedure, consider using other available services, such as the “General Urban Planning Consultation” or the “Licenses and Urban Planning Files Consultation (CONEX)”, which may provide the information you need.
- Pay the required fee: Complete the self-assessment form for the urban planning service fee and make the payment through one of the accepted methods. The self-assessment form and instructions for payment are available on the electronic headquarters portal.
- Prepare supporting documents: Compile the necessary documents required for your application. These can be found under the “documentation” tab in the procedure section on the electronic headquarters portal.
- Submit your application: Submit your special urban planning consultation request either:
- Online: Through the Madrid City Council’s Municipal Licensing System. (SLIM) Online submissions require identification and an electronic signature
- In person: At the relevant municipal department or district office (urban development department, activities agency, or district office, as applicable).
- Processing and notification: After submitting your application, the relevant authorities will review it, prepare a technical report, and notify you of the outcome once finalized.
