Steps to follow in the procedure:
It is advisable to request an urban planning feasibility report before applying for a license or submitting a statement of compliance. To do so
- Collect the necessary technical documentation that you must present. You can view the list of the required documents here.
- Fill out the self-assessment form for the urban services fee and make the payment using one of the established methods.The self-assessment form and a document with instructions for completing and paying are available in the electronic platform.
- Submit the request for a feasibility report using the standard form, either online or in person.
You must have an electronic identification and electronic signature system. - Wait for the report to be prepared and issued. You will be notified when it is ready.

Payment of the urban planning services fee through self-assessment: €52.85
/ Resolution period
- The feasibility report will be issued within 1 month.
- If a technical assessment is needed to apply certain urban planning requirements, the report will be issued within 2 months.

- Online: via the electronic platform of the Madrid City Council, using the Municipal Licensing System (SLIM).
- In person: at the offices of the relevant municipal body (Urban Development Department, Activities Agency, or District Municipal Boards). In certain cases you might need to book an appointment beforehand.

You can request a feasibility report for the following types of work:
- New construction, expansion, or renovation.
- Work on an existing building.
- Starting or changing an economic activity.
- Entertainment or recreational activities included in the Public Entertainment and Recreational Activities Law (LEPAR).
