Steps to follow in the procedure:
  1. We recommend checking the background information (licenses, plans, records, etc.) related to the plot, property, building, or premises beforehand.
  2. Complete the self-assessment form for the urban planning services fee and make the payment. The form is available in the electronic platform procedures, along with instructions for completing it.
  3. Collect the necessary documentation to be submitted with the application. You can find a list of the required documents in the electronic platform procedure, in the “Documentation” tab.
  4. Submit the common urban planning consultation request through the electronic platform or, if applicable, in person.
  5. You must have an electronic identification and electronic signature system.
  6. Wait for the report. You will receive a notification when it is ready.
Important: The response to the consultation does not exempt you from the obligation to obtain the urban planning license or to submit the corresponding statement of compliance.

Payment of the urban planning services fee through self-assessment: €52.85

/ Resolution period

You will receive a technical response report within 15 days, unless the city needs a report from another department first. In that case, the 15-day period will begin to count from the internal receipt of that report.
