Steps to follow:

1. Recopilar y elaborar la documentación técnica relativa a la actuación urbanística para la cual se quiere solicitar el servicio de Asesoramiento Urbanístico Personalizado Avanzado (AUPA).
2. Prepare technical documentation: Gather and prepare the technical documentation related to the urban planning project for which you are requesting the AUPA service
3. Submit your request Submit your request for an AUPA meeting via the online procedure available on the electronic headquarters portal.
An identification system and electronic signature are required for submission


4. Application review: Once your request is submitted, you will receive an email notification either accepting your request for processing under the AUPA system or denying it. If denied, the notification will redirect you to an alternative urban planning consultation channel appropriate for your query.
5. Schedule the meeting: If your request is accepted, you will be contacted to set up a date for the telematic AUPA meeting.
