The steps for requesting the Advanced Personalized Urban Advice (AUPA) service are:
- Prepare the technical documentation related to your urban development project.
- Go to the city council elelectronic platform and submit a request for an AUPA meeting.
You must have an electronic identification and electronic signature system. - You will receive an email informing you whether your request has been accepted. If it is accepted, you will be contacted to schedule a telematic meeting. If it is rejected, you will be informed of the reason and the urban information channel to which you have been redirected will be indicated.
