The steps for requesting the Advanced Personalized Urban Advice (AUPA) service are:
  1. Prepare the technical documentation related to your urban development project.
  2. Go to the city council elelectronic platform and submit a request for an AUPA meeting.
    You must have an electronic identification and electronic signature system.
  3. You will receive an email informing you whether your request has been accepted. If it is accepted, you will be contacted to schedule a telematic meeting. If it is rejected, you will be informed of the reason and the urban information channel to which you have been redirected will be indicated.
